·      Mental health age-wise:

Mental health is greatly dependent upon the age factor. The main target of society is always a child. Children bear most of the bad effects of society.

It's hard to be a kid today. For the first time in the half-century that the US government has continuously collected data, the top 5 disabilities affecting US children are mental health problems rather than physical problems(https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/article-abstract/1217234).

Children of today have more mental problems than the children of the past.

Scientists think that 50% of mental illness is curable in teens. But what about the other 50%?

ANSWER: It is researched based theory that a child under 6 years old absorbs most of the knowledge that he gains when he/she is in teens.

Types of mental illness:

There are the following types of mental illnesses that children usually face between 6-15:

·        Depression

·        Anxiety

·        ADHD(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

·        Disruptive behavior

·        Etc

These are the types of mental disorders that children usually face.

What is the reason for these mental disorders?

The first problem that a child upfront is the parenting technique of parents because parents are the first persons who took care of their child when he/she was born.

Parenting :

Parenting is the most crucial part of taking care of the mental health of a child. firstly parents should take of their child's physical health. then they should go for his mental health. From born to 1-year baby just observes something standing or sitting beside his/her.

After that age, he/she starts learning and absorbing what his/her parents doing and saying. Now this time between 2-6 his 50% of behavior is going to be decided…..
